QuantiFlow was founded by quantity surveyors who got tired of spending the majority of a project's pre-contract phase staring at PDF drawings with a calculator and a scale rule. The manual takeoff process hadn't changed in decades — and the tools available were either prohibitively expensive, overly complex, or built for an American market with different standards and materials.

We set out to build something different: an AI-powered workflow that feels like it was designed by someone who has actually had to price a residential scheme on a Friday afternoon with drawings that arrived Thursday. Precise, grounded, and quietly modern — tools that get out of your way and let you do the professional work.

QuantiFlow is built around NRM2 and UK industry conventions, connected to live UK supplier pricing, and designed to fit into the way QS firms actually work — not to replace professional judgment, but to free you up to exercise more of it.
