Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using QuantiFlow you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
QuantiFlow provides AI-assisted quantity takeoff, bill of quantities generation, and materials pricing tools for construction professionals. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis and make no warranties as to the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. All quantity schedules and BoQs should be reviewed by a qualified quantity surveyor before use in a contract or tender.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the drawing files and project data you upload. QuantiFlow retains all rights to the platform, software, and AI models.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
