Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

QuantiFlow Limited (company number 17301673), registered in England and Wales at Office 7, 37–39 Shakespeare Street, Southport, PR8 5AB, operates the QuantiFlow platform at quantiflow.co.uk. We are the data controller for personal data you provide when using our service. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC235556. 2. What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), the project and drawing data you upload to the platform, and usage data to help us improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the QuantiFlow service, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve our product. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract for providing and billing the service, and legitimate interests for service improvement and security. Drawing files and project data you upload are used only to process your quantity take-offs. They are not used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model. QuantiFlow staff do not access them except where required for support purposes and with your consent.

4. Who we share your data with

We use the following service providers to deliver the platform. Each processes data only on our instructions and under contract.

• Replit — application hosting and file storage
• Neon — database hosting
• Anthropic — AI processing of uploaded drawings
• Stripe — payment processing. We do not receive or store card details.
• Resend — transactional email
• Microsoft — business email

We do not sell your data, and we do not share drawing or project data with advertisers.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards provided in our agreements with those providers, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent contractual protections.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@quantiflow.co.uk. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact privacy@quantiflow.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data.

8. Advertising cookies

Where you consent to advertising cookies, we share limited measurement data with Google Ireland Limited for the purpose of advertising measurement — recording that an advert led to a signup. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. No drawing, project, or account data is shared with Google.
