QuantiFlow Ltd operates the QuantiFlow platform at quantiflow.co.uk. We are the data controller for personal data you provide when using our service.

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), the project and drawing data you upload to the platform, and usage data to help us improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the QuantiFlow service, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve our product. Drawing files and project data you upload are used only to process your quantity takeoffs and are not accessed by QuantiFlow staff except where required for support purposes with your consent.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@quantiflow.co.uk. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact privacy@quantiflow.co.uk.
